Q: What is our Return Policy?
A: We accept the return of all products for up to 45 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Shipping is nonrefundable. All sales are final on undergarments, swimwear, limited edition and Pre Sale items where noted.
Using your packing slip form, indicate the items and reason for your return in your original shipment, and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Mistake or Damaged Shipments
Q: You sent me the wrong item(s) or an item(s) is missing or damaged?
A: If this happened to your order we obviously didn’t intend to make this mistake. Please FIRST e-mail email@example.com or call (949) 429-0257 with the details and we will provide you with a return label and RMA number.
